We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical leadership and care to our patients, as well as contributing to the development of our services.
Main Duties:
- Providing clinical leadership and care to patients with old age psychiatry needs
- Contributing to the development of our services, including the implementation of new treatments and therapies
- Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for our patients
- Participating in education and training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in old age psychiatry

Person Specification:
- Full Registration with the General Medical Council
- MRCPsych or recognized equivalent
- Eligible for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 12 months of CCT/CESR at time of interview
- CCT/CESR in old age or dual trained old age with psychiatry
- Approved under section 12(2) of the Mental Health Act 1983 in the UK
