Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry to join our team and support us on our improvement and transformation journey.
This is an exciting time for the Trust as we are on a journey to bring together all NHS community and mental health services, including services provided by Solent NHS Trust, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, Isle of Wight NHS Trust, and Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, under project Fusion.
Main duties of the job
This is a fantastic time to join us as we need forward-thinking, dynamic change agents to join our teams who would offer first-class clinical leadership and clinical care across all our Mental Health Specialties and who will support us in our ongoing journey of transformation by bringing new ways of looking at issues and thinking about how we deliver services.
We have a wide variety of specialties available, including Older Person's Mental Health Community, and we're happy to discuss your specific career requirements with you. We may be able to offer blended job plans, opportunities for Specialty Lead and education, training, or research, as well as flexible working opportunities or a more traditional 10-session role.
We can also offer you:
