Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry Inpatient Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical leadership and care to our patients, as well as contributing to the development of our services.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a strong background in old age psychiatry and will be able to demonstrate excellent clinical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You will be responsible for assessing and managing patients with complex mental health needs, as well as providing education and training to junior staff.
Person Specification
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in old age psychiatry, as well as a recognized postgraduate qualification in psychiatry. You will also need to be eligible for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 12 months of CCT/CESR at the time of interview.
