Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry Inpatient Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry Inpatient to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical leadership and care to our patients, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of our mental health services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in Old Age Psychiatry Inpatient services
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our mental health services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Full Registration with the General Medical Council
- MRCPsych or recognised equivalent
- Eligible for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 12 months of CCT/CESR at time of interview. CCT/CESR in old age or dual trained old age with psychiatry.
- Approved under section 12(2) of the Mental Health Act 1983 in the UK.
