Telesales Trainee

Are you looking for a challenging role in telesales where you can develop your skills and earn uncapped commission? Black Sheep Utilities Ltd is seeking a Trainee Telesales Executive to join our team.
The role involves making scripted, outbound B2B calls to book prospective customers in for a meeting with our Sales team. We provide comprehensive training and all the tools you need to succeed.
As a Trainee Telesales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission. You will also receive 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and five extra days of annual leave through our attendance reward scheme.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. You will also need to be enthusiastic about sales and able to maintain high standards and a positive attitude throughout the day.
