About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Equipment Setter to join our team at Winsearch UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our manufacturing equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain process specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure quality control procedures are followed and maintained.
- Participate in development teams to introduce new materials, products, or process technology.
Requirements
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with analytical/diagnostic tools (SPC, FMEA, SMED).
- Health and Safety issues and Codes of practice relevant to the industry.
- S/NVQ in Polymer Processing and Related Operations L2 or equivalent qualification.
