Job Description:

Piolax Limited is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at our UK automotive manufacturing site in Altham, Lancashire.

We are a leading global plastic injection moulding producer of plastic components to the automotive sector. Founded in 1933, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and innovation.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and monitoring of project timings within our New Products Introduction (NPI) framework.
  • Liaise and manage customer and supplier interfaces throughout project phases.
  • Assist with tool costings, including auxiliary equipment, to ensure alignment with customer and internal requirements.
  • Support Sales with cost-related activities.
  • Liaise with other Piolax departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Review historical data for input into NPI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the toolroom to track toolmaker liaison and master timing sheets.
  • Assist in developing tooling through trial processes.
  • Contribute to raising documentation for production trials.
  • Update the Global Product Lifetime Management System (GPLM).
Requirements:
  • Project Management or Engineering degree.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
