Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our e-bikes, using a Zoomo-supplied vehicle to visit customer sites.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering expert advice to both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operation of our e-bike fleet.
  • Help guide and develop the mechanic team by sharing knowledge and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience repairing e-bikes, with a bonus for experience with e-cargo bikes, mopeds, and automobiles.
  • Strong workshop practices, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Strong problem-solving approach and ability to learn on the job to repair a wide range of LEVs.
  • Ability to work independently and uphold Zoomo's values and standards while on customer sites.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and prioritization of high-quality work.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
  • Cytech Level 2 bicycle mechanics training or equivalent is ideal but not essential.
