THE ROLE

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are dedicated to their craft. As an E-Bike Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on e-bikes, e-mopeds, and e-cargo vehicles, adhering to the high standards set by Zoomo.
  • Diagnose issues, perform fault analysis, and service Zoomo e-bikes to guarantee they are safe and fully operational for riders.
  • Inspect the fleet and returned vehicles for any cosmetic damage and ensure all electronic and essential components are functioning properly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
  • Assist with front-of-house operations.
  • Exemplify our values during interactions with Zoomo riders and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a bike mechanic (electric or traditional); candidates from automotive or motorcycle backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to work across various locations.
  • Cytech Level 2 bicycle mechanics certification or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of bike assembly and repair processes.
  • Familiarity with various bike types and accessories.
  • Experience with e-bikes and lithium-ion battery systems.
  • Relevant experience in cycling, delivery services, mobility, or technology sectors.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and across different sites.
  • A collaborative team player, ready to work with Zoomo teams globally.
  • Strong organizational skills, particularly in inventory management.
  • A genuine passion for cycling.
