About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out detailed assessments to determine child care needs, developing tailored plans to address these requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and services to deliver holistic support to children and their families.
  • Effectively manage a demanding workload while maintaining professional supervision and staying current with policy and legislative developments.
  • Develop and oversee family support plans and children in care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.

Essential Requirements:

A Social Work Qualification or equivalent is required for this position.


Remuneration:

The annual salary for this role is £40,578, reflecting the significance of this position in delivering essential support to children and families.
