Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Senior Care Assistants to join our close-knit team at Rivermede Court. As a Luxury Dementia Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with dementia, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents with dementia
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a warm and welcoming environment
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents and families

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience working with older people and individuals with dementia
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in care
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality
