Val Wade Recruitment is seeking a skilled Employee Relations Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis for 4 months. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing casework surrounding sickness absence, disciplinary, early resolution, and capability cases.

You will work closely with Senior Employee Relations colleagues to ensure that you are fully supported in your role. Your responsibilities will include managing an employee relations case load, working proactively with managers to agree outcomes and propose recommendations, and ensuring that risks are dealt with efficiently.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be educated to Degree level or have equivalent experience in an HR Advisory role. You will also need to be CPP or part CIPD qualified and have experience advising managers in relation to complex people management issues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional to develop their Employee Relations toolkit and experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for HR, we encourage you to apply for this role.
