Job Title: Administration Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Rydon. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for supporting our hard facilities maintenance contract at Lymington Hospital with day-to-day administration functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor PPM tasks to ensure completion within timescales.
  2. Track statutory compliance and ensure all inspections are planned and follow-up reactive works are closed out promptly.
  3. Manage contract record keeping, ensuring all contract paperwork is completed and stored correctly.
  4. Process subcontractor and operative work orders.
  5. Ensure sub-contractor documentation is received and evaluated prior to site attendance.
  6. Set up and manage sub-contractor performance review meetings.
  7. Generate helpdesk reports for audits, client reporting, and health and safety purposes.
  8. Monitor training matrix and liaise with L&D/H&S department and Contract/Service Managers.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a scheduling or contract administration position within a responsive repairs/maintenance company. Experience in the NHS or housing and education repairs sectors is advantageous.

You will possess excellent customer service skills, strong Microsoft Office skills, and strong administration experience. You will be able to multi-task and prioritize your work with minimal supervision.
