About the Role

As a Live-in Care Worker with Alina Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Companionship - Build strong relationships with our clients and provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Personal Care - Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication Management - Assist with medication reminders and collect prescriptions as needed.
  • Meal Preparation - Prepare healthy meals for our clients.
  • Household Management - Assist with laundry, cleaning, and tidying of the client's home.
  • Errands and Transportation - Accompany clients on errands and provide transportation as needed.
  • Mobility Assistance - Assist clients with mobility issues, such as getting in and out of bed or using the bathroom.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a caring and compassionate attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
