Live In Care Professional

As a Live In Care Professional with Home Instead, you will provide one-to-one relationship-led care to our clients in their own homes. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients with dementia, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the Home Instead team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care provision.
- Experience working with individuals with dementia or other complex care needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Double time on bank holidays.
- 10-hour average hours contract with 2-hour break per day.
- 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation.
- Travel expenses to client addresses.
- £6 per day meal allowance.
