Job Title: Care Professional

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care to seniors in their own homes? Do you want to make a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for a Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead Maidstone, a CQC-rated OUTSTANDING domiciliary care company.

About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide personalized care and support to our clients in the Headcorn, Harrietsham, Lenham, Charing, Marden, and Sutton Valence areas. As a Care Professional, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients and their families, making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer service skills and a caring attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use digital care management systems
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable)
