About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements
