Customer Service Representative

GWA Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Product Support: Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability information, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
- Order Processing: Process orders, returns, and exchanges in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and complaints, providing a unified and supportive approach.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures, ensuring accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using customer service software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient order processing.
