Customer Service Representative

Methven UK is seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional service to our customers. This role has become available due to an internal project, offering a unique opportunity for a career-minded individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, providing solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability information, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, policies, and procedures, providing expert knowledge to customers.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management, driving continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, maintaining a high level of productivity.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
