About This Role

We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our specialized adult learning disabilities team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive assessments and interventions to individuals within the community setting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of service users with diagnosed learning disabilities, ensuring their needs are met through tailored Occupational Therapy interventions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify performance and skills deficits, developing individualized treatment plans to address these challenges.
  • Implement effective Occupational Therapy interventions, both individually and in group settings, utilizing graded activities to achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on progress, ensuring the interventions remain relevant and impactful.

About You

You are a highly motivated Occupational Therapist with experience working with adults diagnosed with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions. Your passion for assisting individuals in developing and maintaining their skills is evident in your work. You thrive in a collaborative environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
