**Junior Bill of Materials (BoM) Analyst / Supply Chain Specialist**

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Junior Bill of Materials (BoM) Analyst / Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Syntech Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing the Bill of Materials (BoM) for ongoing projects and new product introductions (NPI).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Bill of Materials (BoM) for both ongoing projects and NPI.
  • Oversee and execute the ECR/ECN (Engineering Change Request/Engineering Change Notification) process.
  • Create and maintain new part numbers within the system.
  • Raise, modify, and close production orders as needed.
  • Administer master data in the MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) system.
  • Perform mass system uploads for various updates.
  • Provide LN system support for the Supply Chain & Planning Department.
  • Manage the Perpetual Inventory (PI) system to ensure policy compliance.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports from the MRP system as required.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
  • Experience with extracting and inputting data from a database.
  • Experience with Microsoft Query is ideal.
  • Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Configuration Control, or Materials Control is ideal but not essential.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage, Infor LN, or SAP is ideal but not essential.
  • Understanding and practical experience with MRP systems.
