Senior Compliance Manager - Real Assets

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Manager to join our Real Assets team at Legal & General. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advisory support across fund strategy, conduct risk, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive advice, challenge, and review to the business to ensure first-class conduct risk mitigation.
  • Analyse emerging and developing regulations to implement changes quickly and effectively.
  • Act as the key point of contact for any conflicts within Real Assets.
  • Participate in committee meetings and assist with the drafting of reports.

Requirements:

  • Real Asset/Alternative Asset experience is essential for this role.
  • A detailed understanding of compliance and conduct risk within an investment management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AIFMD regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with and influence key groups.
