A Residential Developer is looking for an experienced Relationships and Transactions Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a seamless buyer journey from exchange to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNWI, offering a tailored service.
  2. Utilise CRM systems to track interactions and milestones, ensuring efficient communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of supporting buyers from exchange to completion.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding service to HNWI, focusing on personalisation and attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays (with time off in lieu) and travel to other locations as required.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
