About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Consultant to join our team at Royal London Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and guidance to internal and external customers on pensions and savings products, ensuring that our business operates in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance on pensions and ISA legislation to internal and external customers.
  • Review and analyze legislative and regulatory change papers and articles, identifying key impacts on our UK propositions.
  • Communicate the impact of legislative and regulatory changes on RL Group and our UK propositions to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical content for internal and external stakeholders, including business development managers, advisers, and the Technical Central website.
  • Support the delivery of new developments and improvements to UK propositions and regulatory projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to implement and embed risk processes.
  • Maintain the Technical Central website, creating and updating technical articles.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of pensions and ISA legislation, and excellent analytical and communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high attention to detail and ability to engage with key stakeholders.
