Job Summary

We are looking for a Regional Talent Development Manager to join our team, focusing on the South Coast region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing talent, driving business growth through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR programs that develop and retain top talent
  • Work closely with management to identify training needs and opportunities
  • Manage TUPE transfers, ensuring seamless integration
  • Participate in performance evaluation processes, providing actionable feedback
  • Contribute to national projects, sharing expertise and best practices
  • Support the development of the People Plan, driving strategic workforce initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities
  • Experience supporting teams across multiple sites, preferably in warehouse/production environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work strategically, driving business results
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £58,000 - £63,000 per year, dependent on experience

  • Hybrid working schedule (3 days in office, 2 from home)
