Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join Conspicuous, a leading provider of ERP solutions and bespoke industry software. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding existing client relationships, and shaping the company's client base.

You will be working closely with the Sales Director to achieve aggressive growth targets, developing and executing strategic account plans, and presenting product offerings confidently and persuasively to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic account planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Present product offerings to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Conspicuous' solutions.
  • Update CRM and marketing databases accurately and on time for effective lead tracking and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and project teams to ensure seamless client handovers.
  • Stay informed about market trends and insights, sharing findings with internal teams.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is up to £60k + Commission. Benefits include 25 days annual leave (increasing with tenure), extensive private healthcare coverage, paid volunteering days, employer pension contributions up to 4%, and a generous commission scheme.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a skilled sales professional with experience in ERP or software solutions. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is highly desirable. Key competencies include:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across all organisational levels.
  • Organisational Ability: Capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM systems for effective lead tracking and management.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving market with shifting product portfolios and strategies.
  • Qualifications: A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required.
