Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team at beBee Professionals in Stafford. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost estimation strategies for construction projects.
  • Monitor and analyze project budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that project costs are accurately tracked and reported.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of cost estimation and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
