We are seeking a talented and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Ellesmere Port. This role is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high culinary standards are met consistently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes in your assigned section.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes served.
- Assist in menu development and the creation of daily specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for cooking and a commitment to high standards.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
