Support Team Member

Lifeways is a leading provider of support services for individuals with learning disabilities, brain injuries, physical disabilities, autism, or mental health conditions. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Team Member to join our team.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering daily living support to our service users, assisting them with personal care tasks, household chores, and leisure activities. You will also be required to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized support plans that promote independence, choice, and empowerment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily living support to service users, including assistance with personal care tasks and household chores
- Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Assist service users with leisure activities and promote their interests and hobbies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of support services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with vulnerable individuals
