About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant SENCO to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. As a key member of our secondary school staff, you will work closely with students, parents, and teachers to ensure effective communication and support.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the SENCO team.
- Liaising with external agencies to promote collaborative working practices.
- Monitoring student attendance and progression, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 10 years of relevant experience in education or employment.
