Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Office Manager to join our team at GCS Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the regional sales office, ensuring efficient processes and effective teamwork.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of internal sales professionals to drive sales growth.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS, including contractors and house builders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports for senior management.
  • CORPORATE WITH MARKETING, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND OTHER TEAMS TO ACHIEVE BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management within the building materials or construction sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Commercially astute with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
