About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Materials Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new materials and manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of materials science and manufacturing principles, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and equipment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, ensuring they meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Implementing new manufacturing processes and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.

Benefits:

The salary guide for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, inclusive of pension, life assurance, private medical cover, and 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Flexible working hours and an early finish on Fridays are available.
