Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Disposal Manager to join their team in the West Midlands or London. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring asset disposals are made in accordance with legal and compliance standards.

About the Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £47,450 - £80,760 per annum, depending on experience. You will work using a hybrid model, with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home, and will have opportunities for travel between locations.

We are looking for a Chartered Surveyor or someone with demonstrable training in property disposal. Your experience should include multi-sector disposals such as land, commercial, and housing properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage property disposals in accordance with company policies and procedures;
  • To develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including agencies and internal teams;
  • To ensure that all asset disposals are conducted within legal and compliance frameworks;

You will be working with a leading major infrastructure client, and your role will involve making key decisions about asset disposals. If you have experience in dealing with property disposals, ideally within large scale and complex disposals, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
