Salary: £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our asset disposal team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales from initial marketing through to completion. This will involve reviewing routes to market and determining sale prices, liaising with external partners, and ensuring all aspects of property disposal meet compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing property asset disposals, including various sales routes such as auctions, open-market, and stock transfers. They will also possess strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing property asset disposals
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of sector-specific legislation, including anti-money laundering regulations and building safety policy
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
