">As Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality Manager, you will lead our efforts in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing risk, and implementing sustainable practices throughout our supply chain. Your responsibilities will include chairing plant-based and regional meetings, participating in cross-functional teams, and collaborating with suppliers and vendors to meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Quality Activities: Conduct internal audits, quality control, positive release, and documentation to ensure product quality meets customer expectations.
- Manage Quality Control Team: Drive continuous improvements, deal with customer concerns, and develop policies to ensure product quality.
- Develop Quality Processes: Implement new processes, procedures, and policies to integrate quality control into product development.
- Work with Suppliers: Ensure raw materials and components meet established quality standards.
- NEBOSH Certification
- Excellent Analytical Skills: Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights for improvement.
- Quality Control Expertise: Knowledge of quality control processes, procedures, and policies.
- Planning and Organizational Skills: Lead the QAHSE team and manage priorities effectively.
