About the Role

Capgemini Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) UK is seeking a highly experienced Modern Workplace Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Edge capability, you will be responsible for leading the design, planning, and delivery of modern workplace solutions for our enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with enterprise customers to assess their current and desired state of modern workplace maturity, and to identify opportunities and gaps for improvement.
  • Design and architect modern workplace solutions that leverage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform features and services.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team and the customer throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Manage and mitigate technical risks and issues, and ensure that the solutions meet the customer's expectations, requirements, and SLAs.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the modern workplace domain, and share insights and feedback with the Microsoft and partner communities.

Requirements

  • Highly experienced in IT consulting, solution architecture, and project management, with a focus on modern workplace and cloud solutions.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform features, services, and architectures.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and solutions to various audiences.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand the customer's business context, challenges, and expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Security Clearance

Security Check (SC) Clearance is required for this role. The successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
