Dexters is a long-established and successful London-centred estate agency with 150+ retail outlets. As a dynamic organisation, we seek an experienced Lease Consultant to join our friendly team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Lease Consultant to handle mostly retail rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of the group. A Chartered Surveyor would be an advantage, but not strictly necessary. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Landlord and Tenant legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate evidence and compile pre-negotiation and advisory work reports
  • Negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders, and re-gears

Requirements

  • Experience in lease consultancy is preferred
  • Strong eagerness to enter the property sector
  • RICS qualification is preferable
  • Driving license and own car are advantageous; willingness to travel across London is essential

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £40,000 negotiable to experience, offering uncapped commission potential with substantial earnings in your first year as a Trainee Estate Agent.
