We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting the Marlborough Group and our funds through regular marketing content updates, generating new ideas for content, and ensuring that funds are made available for sale by creating and updating operational documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the content calendar and ensure a steady flow of fresh, relevant content across all channels.
  • Assist in creating engaging and audience-specific content.
  • Contribute to the production of fund collateral such as manager commentaries, fund information documents, Q&A's, and brochures on a regular basis.
  • Suggest growth strategies for our email campaigns.
  • Business as usual processes including daily sales analysis, monthly fund performance, and asset reporting.
  • Proof-read data and marketing materials while abiding by brand guidelines.
  • Update websites including the uploading of fund fact sheets, manager commentaries, fund prices, Prospectus documents, etc.
  • Review websites on a regular basis to ensure that content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the planning and analysis of marketing campaigns including database segmentation, drip campaigns, A/B testing, and MI reporting.
  • Recording and updating marketing activity to measure results of campaigns (ROI).
  • Continually review systems, processes, and data sources with a view to improving output and/or increasing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on key strategic projects and communicate effectively with the wider business.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate information from different sources.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing data.
  • PC literacy and internet skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot and correct errors.
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to deal with and proof-read financial information.
  • Website skills and knowledge.

Beneficial Skills:

  • Knowledge of WordPress or Webflow.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, or Illustrator.
  • Knowledge or interest in investments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSE's Grade A-C (must include Mathematics and English).

Beneficial Qualifications:

  • Any higher education qualification (BTEC professional diplomas/NVQ 4/HND/degree or above) in a relevant field of study (e.g. Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relations, Digital Media, Maths).

Essential Experience:

  • Experience of working in an investment or financial services environment.

Beneficial Experience:

  • Experience of working in a sales and marketing environment.

  • Ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • Ability to function as part of a team.
  • Ability to be flexible and learn quickly.
