About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Country Marketing Lead to drive our marketing efforts in the UK and Ireland. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and executing a local annual Go-To-Market plan that supports our regional strategic priorities and achieves sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a local annual Go-To-Market plan to support regional strategic priorities and achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Lead the execution of tactical initiatives defined in the marketing plan, including trade shows and events coordination, demo days, website updates, adaptation and proofreading of communication materials, CRM campaigns and lead collection, and product launches.
  • Play an active role in contributing to local selected strategic growth initiatives, representing the marketing function in cross-functional task forces and being accountable for results and KPIs.
  • Measure and report results and ROI based on defined KPIs, prepare post-mortem for key projects, and report on marketing plan execution.
  • Manage the assigned marketing budget with accuracy, tracking and reporting expenses on a monthly basis and preparing quarterly forecasts.
  • Advise and support the network in building and executing local action plans to enhance consumer experience at dealerships and drive retail.
  • Guide dealers in building, executing, and tracking local marketing plans, leveraging programs and tools offered by BRP in close collaboration with the Commercial team.
  • Take full benefits of the Coop program, including the implementation of corporate claims to drive strong marketing actions.
  • Bring dealers into the digital transformation, supporting the deployment of Tier 3 digital solutions programs.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to dealers as required.
  • Maximize brand visibility through earned media tactics, feeding regional brand storytelling with locally authentic, relatable, and culturally relevant content captured during local Go-To-Market initiatives.
  • Initiate and maintain ongoing relationships with media in conjunction with the PR agency, participating in regional media events, one-on-one press testing, demo fleet, and equipment management.

About You

We are looking for a passionate marketer with a customer-centric mindset and a solid understanding of what it takes to deploy consumer engagement strategies on the field and engage the network in activating local marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Around 5 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
  • Affinity with the powersport and motorcycle industries.
  • Fluent in English, other language skills are a plus.
