Job Description

Production Manager

Williams Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production schedules and workflows to meet customer demands and production targets.
  • Oversee the quality of products and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Collaborate with the planning and quality teams to optimize production planning and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and motivate production teams to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in production management within a diverse manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning software, including ERP, MRP, and SAP.
  • Experience with injection moulding, thermoforming, and blow moulding processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
