Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Development Coordinator to join our Town Planning team at KAP Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in coordinating projects from inception to delivery. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and budgets
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors
- Assist in developing project proposals and pitches
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making
- Liaise with local authorities and obtain necessary permits and approvals

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or a related field
- Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership
- Proven experience in town planning, preferably within the UK/Northern England
- Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations
- 1 year of experience in town planning
