About This Role

Audible is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support the production and delivery of a high-profile audio project. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the project.

About the Team

Audible's Content Team is responsible for producing world-class audio entertainment. We are a creative and data-driven team that uses relationships and data to bring premium content to life. The team is responsible for producing audiobooks, audio dramas, podcasts, and theatre productions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to key stakeholders involved in the project.
  2. Ensure all production milestones are met and create and update reporting and tracking tools.
  3. Serve as a key point of contact for project updates, coordination, and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Collaborate with the production team to develop clear plans, systems, and processes as the project develops.
  5. Assist the team with booking and organizing logistics for talent and third-party producers.
  6. Onboard and motivate freelance producers, agents, directors, talent, and production companies.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams on production administration, queries, promotional activities, and utilization of in-house production resources.

Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Operations or Production Coordinator, or similar role, with administrative experience.
- Demonstrated experience using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel, with experience working with invoicing, financial management, or accounting software applications.
