About the Role

Cygnet is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Nield House. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients, working closely with the management team to develop and improve our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and observations, producing accurate and comprehensive reports.
  • Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to healthcare procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Requirements
  • A current UK PIN number and registration with the NMC.
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices and a commitment to patient recovery.
