About the Role

Cygnet is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Nield House. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients, working closely with the management team to develop and improve our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and comprehensive written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and improve our services, ensuring that individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines.
  • Administer medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
  • Attend all training and engage in continuing professional development to further your knowledge and promote nursing excellence.
