Job Title: Director of Behavioural Sciences

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Behavioural Sciences to lead our Behavioural Practice team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our behavioural science offer, working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering high-quality research projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality research projects, ensuring timely and budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of our behavioural science offer, staying up-to-date with the latest research and methodologies.
  • Line manage a team of researchers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Participate in new business activities, developing proposals and pitches to secure new clients and projects.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in behavioural science and research methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience of leading teams and delivering projects to time and budget.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
