Job Title: Director, Bureau of Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Behavioural Practice team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our behavioural science offer, leading project teams, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our behavioural science offer, including designing and supervising online experiments and developing new solutions for clients.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality work to time and budget, and manage client relationships to ensure excellent stakeholder management.
  • Contribute to team planning and strategy, and skills and capability development to ensure the team is equipped to deliver excellent work.
  • Work with other experts to develop our offer by drawing on advanced knowledge and skills, creating new solutions, and training the team.
  • Upskill junior team members in designing, analysing, and writing up experiments, and line manage one or more individuals to support their work and development.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in online experiments, ideally in the context of behavioural science and intervention development and testing.
  • Proven project oversight experience, with an ability to lead a research team to deliver excellent work to time and budget.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle clients and advise them on solving their problems.
  • Strong writing skills, including the ability to write literature reviews, explain technical concepts clearly to non-specialists, and produce convincing proposals on tight timelines.
  • Aptitude for innovative project design and the commercial skill to apply this to developing new opportunities for work.
