BIM Delivery Expert

Project Overview
Pell Frischmann Group Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled BIM technician to join our team for a variety of projects. As a BIM technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality BIM models, 2D drawings, and visual simulations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have expertise with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, as well as familiarity with visual programming platforms like Dynamo and Grasshopper. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing project requirements to meet client specifications.
- Developing digital workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Preparing 3D models, drawings, and schedules as identified in Project Deliverables.
- Collaborating with other technicians and mentoring apprentice technicians.
Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience working with Autodesk Revit in a consultancy environment. Experience using CAD 2D or Civil 3D is highly desirable. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently from home and at the office.
