Are you a detail-oriented and communicative professional seeking a challenging role in accounts receivable? We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to temporarily support our AR team.

As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will play a key role in managing and communicating collection activities, working cross-functionally across the business to provide essential support in our Accounts Receivable function.

  • Customer Communication: Manage high volumes of interactions with both internal teams and external customers through telephone and email, using standardized customer collection processes.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain reports to track the progress and status of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot potential issues, collaborating with various Business Units to provide effective solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in improvement projects related to AR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of a dynamic, multi-skilled team to achieve common goals.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.13 per hour PAYE, reflecting your skills and experience.
