Regional Sales Manager

Wernick Group Limited is a leading provider of temporary power generation solutions, committed to keeping customers connected and running at all times. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a sales background, with a strong understanding of single phase and 3 phase electrical distribution systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and CRM systems is also essential. You will be responsible for dealing with tender documentation, attending customer meetings, and preparing presentations. Strong communication skills and a passion for sales in a fast-paced environment are required.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and complete tender documentation
- Attend customer meetings and presentations
- Use logical decision-making to solve problems and achieve desired outcomes
- Attend review meetings and ensure timely action points
- Hold training sessions and disseminate information to relevant staff members
- Introduce and promote new products as required
- Conduct site surveys as needed
- Organize and attend client events
- Accompany depot managers on customer visits as required
