Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team as a Cofounder. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and optimizing the automated marketing and operational processes necessary for a successful P2E game currency presale and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Strategy & Implementation

  • Identify areas within marketing, community engagement, and presale operations where automation can be effectively implemented.
  • Set up automation tools such as Zapier, Integromat, Buffer, HubSpot, etc., to streamline workflows, including social media management, email marketing, community announcements, and presale processes.
  • Work with development teams to integrate automation for tasks such as token sales, airdrops, and in-game rewards distribution via platforms like Chainlink, Polkastarter, or Vesting Factory.

Community and Social Media Management

  • Set up and manage automation for community engagement (Discord, Telegram) using bots like MEE6, Carl-bot, or Collab.Land for moderation, engagement tracking, and announcements.
  • Automate social media posts, updates, and content distribution using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite to ensure consistent communication with the audience.
  • Monitor and automate feedback loops from community channels, ensuring quick and efficient responses to FAQs via chatbots or automated replies.

Marketing Automation

  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns through tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign, ensuring that whitelisted participants, presale buyers, and other stakeholders are updated regularly.
  • Automate influencer outreach and partnership programmes using tools like Lemlist or BuzzStream, managing email sequences and follow-ups.
  • Set up and maintain analytics dashboards for all marketing channels (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track the performance of campaigns.

Token Sale and Presale Management

  • Implement automation tools for managing whitelist entries, early access, token distribution, and smart contract auditing.
  • Coordinate with token sale platforms (CoinList, Polkastarter) to ensure seamless automation of the presale process, including KYC/AML compliance, token allocation, and tracking buyer engagement.
  • Manage referral and airdrop programmes using tools like SweepWidget or CoinMarketCap Airdrops, automating distribution and results tracking.

Content & PR Automation

  • Oversee the automation of content creation workflows, including scheduled blog posts, social updates, and press releases across platforms (Medium, Reddit, Twitter).
  • Implement automated outreach campaigns for media and PR, ensuring ongoing engagement with journalists and influencers through platforms like BuzzStream or Lemlist.

Campaign Optimisation

  • Set up A/B testing automation for landing pages, social posts, and email campaigns using tools like Unbounce or Optimizely, analysing results to optimise conversions and engagement.
  • Manage tools for automated analytics reporting, providing insights into campaign performance and suggesting optimisations to the team.
  • Continuously optimise all automated workflows for improved efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Automate outreach and manage partnerships with gaming projects, guilds, influencers, and crypto exchanges, using CRM systems like HubSpot or Pipedrive to streamline follow-ups and relationship management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in automation tools like Zapier, Integromat, Buffer, Hootsuite, and social media bots.
  • Familiarity with blockchain, smart contract platforms, and token sale infrastructure (CoinList, Polkastarter, Chainlink).
  • Knowledge of crypto-specific tools (Airdrop tools, token vesting platforms, etc.) is a plus.

Marketing & Growth Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including email marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Experience with content management, PR outreach, and community engagement strategies.

Analytical Skills:

  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Facebook Insights for tracking campaign performance.
  • Experience in running A/B tests and data-driven decision-making for optimising marketing efforts.

Project Management:

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple automation projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, design).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  • Efficiency gains in marketing and presale operations through automation.
  • Increased community engagement through automated content and social media management.
  • Improved conversion rates from automated campaigns and optimised presale processes.
  • Reduced manual errors and time spent on repetitive tasks.
  • Successful token presale execution with automated whitelisting, token distribution, and KYC.
